　　2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会将于9月2日至9月6日在国家会议中心和首钢园区举办。本届服贸会主题为“开放引领发展，合作共赢未来”。

　　Themed with “Opening-up for better development，Cooperation for win-win future", 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Services(CIFTIS) will be open at China National Convention Center and Shougang Park, on 2nd, September and run through Sep. 6th.

　　本次服贸会将进一步突出科技创新、模式创新、业态创新的引领作用，将重点展示芯片技术、量子测控、卫星遥感、人工智能、数字医疗等专精特新成果。

　　High lightened as a platform for technology innovations and new business models, the CIFTIS will focus on displaying of breaking through achievements in chip technology, quantum measurement & control, satellite remote sensing, artificial intelligence, and digital healthcare and so on.

　　北京知识产权法院坚持首善标准，主动履行保护创新的职责，针对涉关键核心技术案件探索“专题调研、专班审理、专家指导、专才培养”的“四专”办案模式，服务高水平科技自立自强，裁判案例以及创设的裁判规则日益受到国际社会广泛关注。作为知识产权纠纷解决国际优选地，北京知识产权法院正在成为国际社会观察中国知识产权司法保护的重要窗口之一。

　　Aiming to strengthen IP protection and optimize the law-based environment for scientific and technological innovation, Beijing Intellectual Property Court（Beijing IP Court）has been sticking to first-rate quality standard. More recently, approaches have been adopted to solve core tech related cases through substantial and speedy proceedings, as "four-s" case-handling method, which means "guided by specific research","managed by specialized personnel","supported by specialists" and"talents foster supporting".Beijing IP Court's cases and established rules are gaining increasing attention from the international community. As a preferred international venue for resolving intellectual property disputes, Beijing IP Court is becoming an important window for the international community to observe the judicial protection of intellectual property in China.

　　在本次服贸会举办期间，北京知识产权法院将派出专利、商标、著作权领域的资深知识产权法官，成立工作站，驻场提供专业法律服务。

　　In this event, Beijing IP Court will send senior IP judges in the fields of patent, trademark and copyright to set up a workstation and provide professional legal services.
